I am trying to convert the slipper sock pattern to machine it. It took all weekend, with my trust laptop and Excel but I think I might have just done it. There is a slipper sock kit that you can buy from a local craft shop, it contains the leather soles ( fake fur lined ) also included is a pamphlet of instructions on knitting or crocheting the slipper sock.
I have giving up crocheting, it hurts my hands too much, but saw that the pattern was a flat piece and figured it could work on a machine.
So I spent all weekend trying to read a hand knit pattern, not as easy as it sounds for those of us who don't hand knit . I think I did it, I really won't know until I test .

I got started today I cast on 50 stitches and knitted in one by one ribbing for 20 rows.
